NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd February, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 729, in Volume DI, Folio 83/1675, File No. MMXI, by our client, Tarsem Kaur Bhurji, of P.O. Box 56383–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Tarsem Kaur Jagdish Nand Singh alias Singh Tarsem Kaur Jagdish, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Tarsem Kaur Jagdish Nand Singh alias Singh Tarsem Kaur Jagdish, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tarsem Kaur Bhurji, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Tarsem Kaur Bhurji only.
