NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th October, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 177 in Volume B–13, Folio 907/4391, File No. 1637, by our client, Jacqueline Waihenya-Maina, of P.O. Box 40744–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jacqueline Wanjiku Waihenya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Jacqueline Wanjiku Waihenya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jacqueline Waihenya-Maina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jacqueline Waihenya-Maina only.
