GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6741

WHEREAS M’Ngarunyi M’Mirambu Rukirangi (deceased), of P.O. Box 427, Meru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Abothuguchi/L-Kiija/648 situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court in succession cause No. 145 of 2009, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Geoffrey Nkonge Muguna, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the said title deed in respect of the said piece of land registered in the name of M’Ngaruni M’Mirambu Rukirangi is lost, notice is given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Geoffrey Nkonge Muguna, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Ngarunyi M’Mirambu Rukirangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
