THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Leita Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 101201–00400 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land comprising 8.790 hectares or thereabout, known as L. R. No. 26695, situate in city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area held under deed plan registered as I.R. 92276/1, and whereas the said Leita Enterprises Limited have lodged instruments of deed plans in favour of Leita Enterprises Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in Kenya giving its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 10201–00400, and whereas affidavits have been filled in terms of sections 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said original certificate of title I.R. 92276/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has received within that , I intend to dispense with production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instruments with the ensuing certificates of titles under section 70 of the Registration of Titles Act.
