WHEREAS Antony Gichohi Mwangi, of P.O. Box 7475, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.2066 hectare or thereabouts, known as 2967 Section III Mainland North, situate in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as CR. No. 51244, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced show that the certificate of title issued thereof is lost, notice is hereby given that I shall issue a provisional certificate at expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period.
