NOTICE is given that the land described in the schedule hereto has been set apart in accordance with the provisions of part IV of the Trust Land Act for the purposes specified in the said schedule. SCHEDULE Place.—Katolani, Mariakani, Kaloleni District. Purpose.—Business cum residential. Area.—20.6 acres approximately 8.34 hectares. Description of land: This land is situated approximately 11.0 kilometres to the north- west of Mariakani Township. The boundaries are demarcated on the ground and are described as follows: Starting from point ―A‖ which is a IPC from which spotheight 218 and spotheight 226 are 5,260 metres and 3709 metres distant on bearing of 33°30'00" and 97°49'20" respectively; thence for a distance of 350.0m on a bearing of 18°29'55" to point AB2–AIC; thence for a distance of 250.0m on a bearing of 110°25'14" to point AB3–AIC; thence for a distance of 308.0m on a bearing of 201°02'10" to point AB4–AIC; thence for a distance of 242.0m on a bearing of 280°01'56" back to point AB1–AIC. All bearings given above are magnetic. A plan of the area may be inspected at the Office of the District Commissioner, Kaloleni. Dated the 10th May, 2011. Z. A.
