NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd September, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1273, in Volume DI, Folio 228/3504, File No. MMX, by my client, Stephen Njuguna Mwaura Githitu, of P.O. Box 513–00902, Kikuyu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Stephen Njuguna Mwaura, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Stephen Njuguna Mwaura, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Stephen Njuguna Mwaura Githitu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Stephen Njuguna Mwaura Githitu only.
