NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicle Reg. No. BMW X5 3.0L, engine No. M54-22955229 chassis No. 5UXFA53543LV83301, which is lying at Bavaria Auto Limited, Mombasa Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all the outstanding charges for storage and any other incidental costs incurred, failure to which the said motor vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty without any reference to the owners.
