NOTICE is given under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor cycle reg. No. KAE 709J to collect the said cycle from the premises of Nadia Animal Feeds Limited, P.O. Box 101973–00101, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage charges, failure to which the said cycle will be disposed either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds thereofore will be utilized to defray storage charges and any other incidental costs and the shortfall if any, will be recovered from the owners by legal proceedings.
