REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jane Jedidah Wanjiru, (2) Duncan G. Kahanya and (3) Joyce Wanjiku Kahanya, all of P.O. Box 22, Mweiga in the Republic of Kenya, are registered proprietors of those pieces of land known as Nyeri/Watuka/2034 and 2046, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the said pieces of land has been transferred to Joyce Wanjiku Kahanya, and whereas the registered proprietors cannot surrender the land title deeds issued in respect of the said parcels of land, notice is notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue land title deeds to the said Joyce Wanjiku Kahanya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Jane Jedidah Wanjiru, (2) Duncan G. Kahanya and (3) Joyce Wanjiku Kahanya, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 1st July, 2011. A. W. KURIA, MR/7363334 Land Registrar, Nyeri District.
