REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Wanyagi Muriuki (ID/3425836/66), is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Mtwapa/50, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas the High Court at Mombasa in civil suit No. 186 of 2008, ordered and vested the said piece of land to Ahmed Kibwana Juma, which title deed to the land is in custody of Patrick Muriuki, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument under section 33 (1) of the Registered Land Act Cap. 300 and issue a new title deed to Ahmed Kibwana Juma and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Patrick Wanyagi Muriuki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
