WHEREAS Gibson Dixon Shem Mwanyalo and Adah Gladys Mwanyalo, of P.O. Box 98320, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.1272 acre or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XI/294, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
