APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an order dated 21st October, 2009, I appointed Mr. Daniel Nguti, Senior Co-operative Auditor to be liquidator of Panastaff Sacco Society Limited (In liquidation) CS 2302 for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said Mr Daniel Nguti, Senior Co- operative Auditor has not been able to complete the liquidation; NOW THEREFORE, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 22nd October, 2010 for another period not exceeding one year for the said Mr Daniel Nguti, Senior Co-operative Auditor, Ministry Headquarters to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co- operative society.
