REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kangaru Churu (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 110/62, containing 0.2710 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas (1) David Churu Kangaru and (2) Mburu Samuel Kangaru, both of Komothai, Kiambu, have been issued with a grant of letters of administration to the estate of the deceased and whereas the said title deed issued to the said Kangaru Churu (deceased), has been reported missing, notice is hereby given that after expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received, I shall dispense with the production of the said certificate of lease and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of R.L 19 and R.L. 7, and issue a new certificate of lease to beneficiaries thereof, and upon such registration certificate of lease issued earlier to the deceased shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
