REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yashon Oyieko, of Kendu Bay, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as West Karachuonyo/Kanyipir/616, containing 4.6 hectares, and whereas the High Court at Kisii in civil case No. 352 of 1990, has issued a court decree de-registering the proprietorship on the said parcel of land replacing the ownership with Samwel Ogada Yugi, and whereas Yashon Oyieke had been issued with a land certificate on 7th September, 1993, and whereas efforts to compel Yashon Oyieke to surrender the land certificate has failed, I intend to dispense with the production of the land certificate within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter issued to Yashon Oyieke on 7th September, 1973, and replace the ownership with Samwel Ogada Yugi and upon such publication the land certificate issued on 7th September, 1973, shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
