WHEREAS Serah Nyambura Kamau, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 0.0375, hectare or thereabouts each, situate in the district of Thika, registered under title Nos. Ruiru/Kiu Block 10/1137, 1138, 1141 and 1142, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
