NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th January, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 120, in Volume B–13, Folio 899/4281, File No. 1637, by our client Tasneembanu Mohamed Bashir, the mother of Warda Abdulhafiz Harunani of P.O. Box 85209–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf Warda Mohamed Sadiq Abdullatif a minor formerly known as Warda Mohamed Sadiq Abdullatif, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Warda Mohamed Sadiq Abdullatif, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Warda Abdulhafiz Harunani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Warda Abdulhafiz Harunani only.
