REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mahinda Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 53913–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as parcel Nos. Ruguru/Gachika/866, Ruguru/Gachika/868 and Ruguru/Gachika/869, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Nyeri in civil suit No. succession cause No. 140 of 1996 has ordered that the said pieces of land be transferred to Gilbert Githaiga Mahinda, of P.O. Box 53913–00200, Nairobi, and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land, notice is hereby given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificates and issue title deeds to the said Gilbert Githaiga Mahinda and such upon such registration the land certificates issued earlier to the said Mahinda Wanjohi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
