WHEREAS Sandeep Narendra Shah, of P.O. Box 1404, Kisumu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land containing 1.3484 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kisumu, registered under title No. Kisumu/Municipality Block 12/2, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the white card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that I shall open a new (white card) land register after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period.
