WHEREAS (1) Charles Gatiti Thomas and (2) John Kiarie Christopher Gachina c/o The chief, Karai Location in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.25 acre and 2.0 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title Nos. Karai/Gikambura/11384 and 1385, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
