WHEREAS (1) Aggrey Christopher Ackello Ogutu and (2) Anna Berta Brigitte Hellen (as joint tenants), of P.O. Box 29053, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.2400 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the city of Nairobi, registered as No. Nairobi/Block 94/66, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
