No. 161/32) section II, situate Mainland North in the Mombasa District, held by a certificate of the title registered as No. CR. 23956, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show I shall issue a provisional certificate, after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period.
