NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th February, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1539, in Volume DI, Folio 228/3513, File No. MMX, by our client Mary Mumbi Njeri, of P.O. Box 30124, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Mumbi Njenga, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Mumbi Njenga, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Mumbi Njeri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests her all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Mumbi Njeri only.
