NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Evanson Mwangi Mureithi, to collect all FRR spare parts at our home yard at Kasarani Sunton along Kasarani, Mwiki Road, futher notice is given that unless the spares are collected within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment to Fine Fabricators, all costs incurred, storage charges and any other incidental costs including costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed off by way of public auction without further notice.
