NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st July, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 821, in Volume DI, Folio 263/4003, File No. MMX, by our client, Felistus Ndinda Ngumbau, of P.O. Box 5451–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rosina Ndinda Ngumbau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rosina Ndinda Ngumbau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Felistus Ndinda Ngumbau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Felistus Ndinda Ngumbau only.
