NOTICE is given pursuant to National Executive Committee meeting of Kenya National Farmers’ Union (KNFU) on 14th January, 2005, the registrar of socies’s approval of the chabge of the name of Kenya National Farmers’ Union (KNFU) dated 13th May, 2005; the new certificate of registration No. 149 dated 13th May, 2005 and its constitution duly executed and registered at the Registrar of Societies at Nairobi under ref. No. Soc/477, by Kenya National Federation of Agricultural Producers (KE$NFAP) of P.O. Box 46148–00100, Nairobi, formaly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of its former name Kenya National Farmer’s Union (KNFU) and in lieu thereof changed the name to Kenya National Federation of Agricultural Producers (KENFAP), for all purpose and authorizes and requests al persons at all times to designare, describe and address it by its new name Kenya National Federation of Agricultural Producers (KENFAP) only.
