NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned development plans were on 24th December, 2010 and 11th April, 2011, completed, respectively. The part development plans relates to land situated within Kerugoya/Kutus Municipality, Kirinyaga Central District. Copies of the part development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Kirinyaga and at Kerugoya/Kutus Municipal Council. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, Kirinyaga and at Kerugoya/Kutus Municipal Council, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 483, Kerugoya, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 30th May, 2011. W. L.
