GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6413

WHEREAS Andrew Karanja Mukui (ID/9837244), of P.O. Box 848–20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as parcel Nos. Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 7/1433, 1434, 1435, 1436 and 1437, containing 0.0398 hectare or thereabouts each, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Naivasha in Civil Suit No. 1062 of 2005, has issued a court order dated 16th September, 2010, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deeds in respect of the above pieces of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue land title deeds in respect of Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 7/1433 and 1434 to Sarah Muthoni Matheri (ID/11706436), of P.O. Box 1229, Naivasha and land title deed in respect of Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 1435, 1436 and 1437 to Hannah Wambuku Kinyanjui (ID/16111992), of P.O. Box 1229, Naivasha., and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Andrew Karanja Mukui shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 10th June, 2011. G. O.
