GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6410

WHEREAS Lumuli Primary School, of P.O. Box 2235, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Waitaluk/Mabonde Block 13/103, situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kitale, Civil Suit No. 5 of 1995, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Milimani PAG Church, of P.O. Box 388, Kitale, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Milimani PAG Church, of P.O. Box 388, Kitale and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land certificate issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue land certificate to the said to Milimani PAG Church, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Lumuli Primary School, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
