REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Karuoya Karuiru Maguru (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land parcel No. Kiine/Ruiru/146, situate in Kirinyaga District, and whereas the judge of the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 249 of 2007 has issued grant and confirmation letters to Mwangi Karuoya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Mwangi Karuoya and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Karuoya Karuiru Maguru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
