WHEREAS Degan Abdurahman Ali (ID/025852453), of P.O. Box 70331, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani/183, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, and whereas efforts made to trace it in the office has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
