WHEREAS Mwangi Muriithi (ID/5484873), of P.O. Box 1214– 20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 1.473 and 0.856 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyandarua, registered under title Nos. Nyandarua/Ndaragwa/Kianjogu Block 1/58 and 542, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof hve been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
