IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (2) of the Central Bank of Kenya Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya appoint— Florence Kagendo Muindi, John G.
