NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th December, 2010, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, in Volume 116–B–13–900/4282–1637, of 7th February, 2011, by our client, Noah Williams, of P.O. Box 43, Rodi Kopany in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Noah Obiero Mugah, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Noah Obiero Mugah, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Noah Williams, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Noah Williams only.
