Box 1615, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Karuna Chege alias Dedan Chege Mungai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Karuna Chege alias Dedan Chege Mungai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Aakim Chege, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Aakim Chege only. AAKIM CHEGE, formerly known as Karuna Chege MR1662475 alias Dedan Chege Mungai.
