NOTICE is issued given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, by Bhogals Garage Limited t/a Bhogals Autoworld, of P.O. Box 294, Nakuru, to the owners of various crankshafts, blocks, cylinder heads, con rods, steering boxes, bushes and housings which were brought to our engineering departments in Nakuru and to our now closed Eldoret branch for repairs prior to 30th June, 2010, and which have never been collected since, to take delivery of the said items and pay all charges accrued by Bhogals Garage Limited t/a Bhogals Autoworld in this regard, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice. Any of the said items not collected from our Nakuru premises within the said thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, will be disposed of under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya. Note that the proceeds of such disposal shall be defrayed against all accrued costs, overheads, storage charges and incidentals and the balance, if any, shall remain to the owners credit but should there be any shortfall the owners will be liable thereof.
