ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owner of Toyota Caldina motor vehicle reg. No. KAR 054Y, which is lying at the premises of Murphy Merchants, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding balance, storage and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. The said vehicle if not collected at the expiry of the notice will be sold by public auction or private treaty without any further notice by Murphy Merchants Dated the 4th March, 2011. E. M.
