REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Epher Okello Opere, of P.O. Box 168, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of those pieces of land known as West Kasipul/Kasimba/168, West Kasipul/Konyango Kokal/1104 and West Kasipul/Konyango Kokal/1507, containing 1.6 acres, 0.57 and 0.05 hectare or thereabouts, respectively, situate in the district of Rachouonyo South, and whereas the senior resident magistrate at Oyugis, in succession cause No. 34 of 2003, has issued grant of letters of administration to Antony Okello Omondi, and whereas said title was stolen from the said Antony Okello Omondi, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of instrument of transmission to Antony Okello Omondi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
