GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2731

WHEREAS Lucas Onditi Luore, of P.O. Box 22, Rodi-Kopany in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kanyada/Kanyango/Kalanya/5153, situate in the district of Homa Bay, and whereas the senior resident magistrate‘s court at Homa Bay, in civil case No. 167 of 2008, has ordered that the said piece of land be sub-divided to Otachi Self-Help Group, of P.O. Box 268, Homa Bay, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed the sub-division document of the said piece of land in favour of Otachi Self-Help Group, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the transfer document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lucas Onditi Luore, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
