WHEREAS Kipini Lodge Limited, registered a caution against title Nos. Witu/Witu Block I/2-17 and Chara/Kipini Block I/2-13, and whereas registered proprietor of the said parcels, Nairobi Ranching Company Limited, of P.O. Box 82593, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, has applied for the said caution to be removed, and whereas all efforts to get the contact address of Kipini Lodge Limited has been futile, notice is given that after the expiration of fourty-five (45) days from the date hereof, I intend to remove the said caution.
