REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Doshi Enterprises Limited, of P.O. Box 88385, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of that piece of land containing 0.1339 acre or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Block XXI/351, within Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of leasehold issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
