THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Max Hellbach and (2) Edward Amatoya Awuoth, both of P.O. Box 4614-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as trustees on behalf of Brothers of the Christians School, are registered as proprietors lessees all of that piece of land known as L.R No.12156/4, situate in the city of Nairobi by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R 38385, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
