APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 17 of the
Labour Institutions Act, the Minister for Labour appoints—
Marry M. Gitao, David K. Siele, Jimmy M. Kilonzo, to be members of the Industrial Court of Kenya, for a period of three
(3) years, with effect from 25th March, 2011.
