APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) of the State Corporations Act, the Minister for Agriculture appoints: Under section 6 (1) (c)— Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Under section 6 (1) (d)— Permanent Secretary, to the Treasury, Under section 6 (1) (e)— Director, Kenya Agricultural Research Institute, Chief Executive Officer, Kenya Sugar Board, Chairman, Kenya Sugarcane Growers Association, Chairman, Kenya Sugar Manufacturers Association, to be members of the Board of the Kenya Sugar Research Foundation, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 14th April, 2011.
