APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, the Acting Minister for Industrialization appoints— Stephen Masha Ngowa, Peterson Munene Mwai to be members of the Board of Directors for Industrial Development Bank (Capital), for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 21st March, 2011, and revokes the appointment of— *Henry K.
