APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, the Acting Minister for Industrialization appoints— Marstella Bahati Kahindi (Ms.), John Mugo Nyagah (Dr.), Susan N. Kairima (Ms.), to be members of the Board of Directors for Kenya Industrial Estates, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 21st March, 2011, and revokes the appointment of— *Abdirahman Abdinur, *Brig (Rtd.) Chris Kuto, †Rhoda Rotino (Ms.) as members of the Board of Directors for Kenya Industrial Estates. Dated the 17th March, 2011. A. J.
