APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 113 (3) of the Industrial Property Act, 2001, the Acting Minister for Industrialization appoints— David N, Kamau (Eng.), Timothy Mtana Lewa (Dr.), Job Juma Weloba, to be members of the Board of Directors for Industrial Property Tribunal, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 21st March, 2011, and revokes the appointment* of— Amos Korir, Andrew Mbaya, Raymond Kipkoech Chelulei, as members of the Board of Directors for Industrial Property Tribunal.
