NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Alice Muruguti Maina, Zurah Night Sakwa and Ruth Njeri, beneficial owners of Mitsubishi Fuso lorry, beige reg. No. KAK 572N, chassis No. FN517R–A303882, engine No. 6D16–896937, to clear outstanding security charges and value of damaged goods within a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice, failure of which Salesian Sisters shall dispose off the said motor vehicle under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to recover the amount.
