NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Benjamin Mwanzia, to collect all household goods at Pangani Aucion Centre, auctioneers yard along Murang‘a Road, futher notice is given that unless the household goods are collected within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment to Ruaraka Commercial Agencies/Little Vineyards Investments, all costs incurred, storage charges and any other incidental costs including costs of publishing this notice, the same shall be disposed off by way of public auction without further notice.
