THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilberforce arap Kisiero, of P.O. Box 55117, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee of that piece of land containing 609 arces or thereabout known as L.R. No. 9490 situate in west of Kitale Municipality in the Trans Nzoia District held under a grant registered as I.R. 19182/1, and whereas Kenya Tourist Development Corporation has executed an instrument of discharge in favour of Wilberforce arap Kisiero, and whereas affidavits (s) have been filled in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said grant I.R. 19182/1 is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of discharge.
